  • Payment must be made before Goods are dispatched.

6. DELIVERY

  • If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • We do not deliver outside the UK unless otherwise agreed.

7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

  • You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, except for:
    • Perishable items.
    • Personalised/custom-made products.
    • Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • To cancel, notify us via email at hello@pouchpro.shop.
  • You must return Goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost, unless faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods.

8. FAULTY GOODS AND GUARANTEES

  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if Goods are faulty.
  • If Goods develop a fault after 30 days but within six months, you may request a repair or replacement.
  • If a fault arises after six months, you must provide evidence that it existed at the time of delivery.

9. LIABILITY

  • We are liable for foreseeable loss and damage caused by a breach of contract.
  • We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • We are not responsible for business losses.

10. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supplier failures.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Disputes may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales, or if you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring legal proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
